West Coast Blitz has two different programs for players that want to be the best at Flag Football in High School. Each program takes into account the goals of the individual player and trains them to excel at the sport they love.

Tournament Elite Team - This is our elite team of 12 girls that are ready to travel the USA and compete against some of the best teams in the country. The 12 elite players are selected through our try out process and invited to join. *New to 2025 - WCB is adding a 16u Tournament Team! This is an exciting opportunity for younger players that want to get involved in National Competition.

Development Team - The development team is an opportunity for girls that want to stay involved in flag football in the off season (April-July) and continue to grow their skills. These players practice with the Tournament Team twice a week and work on all aspects of the game.

Practices for both teams are one week night (time tbd for 2025) and Sundays mid morning.
