West Coast Blitz has two different programs for players that want to be the best at Flag Football in High School. Each program takes into account the goals of the individual player and trains them to excel at the sport they love.

Tournament Teams - These are our elite teams of 12 girls that are ready to travel the USA and compete against some of the best teams in the country. These elite players are selected through our try out process and are invited to join. *New to 2025 - WCB is adding a 16u Tournament Team! This is an exciting opportunity for younger players that want to get involved in National Competition.

Practices for both teams are one week night (time tbd for 2025) and Sundays mid morning.

Getting Better Everyday

Development Team - The development team is an opportunity for girls that want to stay involved in flag football in the off season (April-July) and continue to grow their skills. These players practice with the Tournament Team twice a week and work on all aspects of the game. In Addition to practice the Development Team competes in local Competitions and league play.

WHO will be on the 2026 Elite Tournament teams?
