Our Mission:
West Coast Blitz is an organization dedicated to fostering growth and empowerment through sports, providing high school women with a dynamic platform for personal development, sportsmanship, and competitive play in the realm of flag football. Through the exhilarating experience of flag football, we aim to inspire confidence, instill a sense of accomplishment, and encourage the pursuit of excellence both on and off the field.
The Basics
When, where, What?
West Coast Blitz is based in the East Bay of the SF Bay Area. Our season runs from the start of April to the end of July. We practice 2 times a week at a couple locations dependent on field availability for a total of 6 hours a week.
Who
We want the very best of the best to come join our Elite squad of 12 women. The goal is to expand the High School Flag Football experience into a more intense and rewarding experience. We make it possible for female athletes to play almost year round in the sport they love by offering Flag Football in the Spring and Summer. Players from all around the Bay Area are encouraged to sign up for a Tryout!
Compete
The rise in popularity of the sport of Flag Football has created tournaments in many states across the country. We select the best tournaments in the Nation to compete with equal talent around the country. Each season we will compete in 6 tournaments in various locations.
Coaching Staff
With over 30 years of combined coaching, Coach Gann and Coach Cochran are excited to lead players that are trying to reach the pinnacle of their athletic ability.
